Terms of Trade

Delivery:

Freight charges on website are for deliveries within NZ and will be delivered and tracked via courier. After receipt of payment allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only, we endeavour to deliver within the specified time but we do not take responsibility for any other times outside the estimated date.

Delivery is complete when the goods arrive at the destination supplied by you the customer.

All courier companies have a surcharge on all rural deliveries. Rural Deliveries will incur a surcharge of $5 (NZD).

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on stock items within 7 days of receipt, provided the items returned are in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

Prohibited Items

There are certain prohibited items which cannot be sent overseas because they pose a risk to the safety and security of individuals.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard & American Express via our website.

Currency/Taxes

All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. GST does not apply to sale of goods to destinations outside New Zealand.

The purchaser is responsible for any customs or import duties at the country of destination. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate the day it is purchased.

Privacy and S ecurity

We collect personal information, such as your name, email address, contact phone numbers and where applicable credit card information. We use your information to process your orders as requested by you.

We will also use your details to keep you informed about new products, promotions and venues in the future. All email communication from us will allow you to unsubscribe and by doing so you will no longer receive communications from us.

We do not disclose any of your information to any third parties. We use DPS as a secure service provider. DPS use encryption to protect credit card details.
